We would not hesitate in recommending Kemp IT Services to anybody looking for any sort of IT help. Nothing is to much trouble for either Matt or Charlotte (even on a Sunday!!) always keeping commitments,understanding our needs, explaining everything in a way that even we ( complete novices!!) can understand.

It should be noted that I am a pure user with no skills with the software.

• The original problem was that over a period of time I had down loaded many programmes, which require sorting out. My fear was that I could inadvertently be deleting links that would shut down my computer.

• I needed to install Windows XP, without loosing any data.

• During this period it was recommended I increase the RAM capacity.

All of the aforementioned activities where successfully completed and with an excellent after service, especially with the link to

connect to my pc remotely, as this allowed queries to be quickly and easily resolved without a visit.
